I picked the subtitle "Self-Growth in the Prompt Age" because prompting / generative AI has had a large impact on the daily lives of most members in this group. Let's try to look passed the AI hype machine and be clear-brained.

Here are some ideas of what we could discuss:

• How to stay creative while spending a lot of time with agents? What does creativity mean in the first place for our profession?
• How to discover, learn, retain newly learned skills? How to keep the ability to get out of our comfort zone?
