Hello group , I was just reading the meeting announcement and notice that it says you have to reserve from 615 to 615 and the reservations ended perhaps Sunday. Anyway this is totally wrong and not what I thought I had put.

If you need the address you will need to RSVP to our next meeting November 22nd Saturday at 10 AM at the same place we met last time. if you're new you will need the address obviously. We are a small group of experienced investors who plan to actually buy foreclosures either separately or in a partnership and intend to keep it that way.

Charlie Pittman will join us and explain how you can get a fast title search, which you absolutely must have before you bid on any property to CYA. It is the only way you can protect yourself from liens that you don't know about like IRS? Those leins cannot be eliminated by a foreclosure; they pass with the property which means it would be your opportunity to pay Uncle Sam more money than is due from you. Let me repeat this because it's very important any property you buy at foreclosure sales could have an IRS lien on it, which takes priority over anybody or anything else and if you buy the house, it becomes your lien.

We will also cover some other ways to find foreclosures besides the newspaper. I'm looking forward to hearing your stories about the auctions you attended. I think we can really learn something from that.
