We begin by setting intention to release what is not serving your Solar Plexus energy center, associated with Anger, Resentment, , eating issues Childhood Trauma causing emotional pain and triggers in your adult life that are preventing you from moving forward in life and stepping fully into your Will Power.

I will be speaking about several emotions that affect you in life when your inner child is still wounded and how they affect you in a mental and physical ways I will be talking about the best ways to heal, and reconnect that part of you so you can move on and move forward.

I will be using a Note E powerful Tibetan bowl for the meditation portion. Then I will move into the Crystal bowl sound healing portion.
