give CASH FLOW a Go !!!

Peter C.
Group Organizer
San Jose, CA
Our Meetup for Thurs 12 Dec will be the Cash Flow game hosted by Dennis Beckman, Financial Strategist.
CASH-FLOW is the educational Board Game created by Robert Kiyosaki [“Rich Dad, Poor Dad” & other similar books written by himself & others – such as Donald Trump]. The game simulates real life business & financial, strategies & situations, helping players learn valuable lessons in business + gain priceless insights into personal finance & investing without having to put their actual money at risk.
Dennis takes the basis of the game, and adds a twist or two, to further increase the practical application of the game. He helps players see finance from the Banker’s point of view + integrates banking strategies to
reduce or eliminate market risks in the Wealth-building process.
There will Prizes for the top winners of the Game.

We meet at Denny’s on 1st St & Brokaw (near the San Jose Airport)

Host Dennis Beckman is a Physiologist & Financial Strategist whose careers have had a way of finding him, rather than he looking for them. With a pre-med undergrad degree, he developed an exercise protocol that was based in the classical sciences, greatly reducing the risks associated with sports/recreational activities and significantly improving the safety &
efficiency as a result. Later, after attending Business School, he discovered that the traditional market-based investing strategies of pursuing “rate of return” could not offer the performance, safety or certainty found in the “volume & velocity” strategies of the Banking industry for building and controlling wealth. Since 2007, he has shared these insights with Business Owners & Families to counter the economic uncertainties of Washington
