About the Speakers:

Jim Simcoe is the CEO and founder of Simcoe Green Homes. Simcoe Green Homes develops green investment properties in California and Texas.

Jim is a sustainability author, speaker and investor. He’s been featured on NBC, Fox, San Diego Insider TV and published by SmartMoney, EcoHome, Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine, San Diego Business Journal,, etc. He is an avowed ‘tree-hugging capitalist’ with a vision of healthy green homes for all. Jim lives in Cardiff with his wife, two daughters, two cats, one dog and one fish.

John Copyak, President of CleanUSAPower, is an experienced real estate investor specializing in renewable energy. He has completed over 400 land transactions since 2003. John manages hundreds of acres of wind and solar parcels, which are leased to the largest renewable energy developers in California. CleanUSAPower’s asset portfolio appreciated 22% in 2012, and continues to rise with steady wind and solar development. John loves contributing to the nation’s conversion to renewable energy while simultaneously providing long term income to investors.

John lives in Encinitas with his wife and two daughters.
