I’m here to put an end to the stereotype that big girls aren’t fit and can’t run. This is a group primarily for heavy set women who enjoy running, jogging, or walking. Any woman interested in this type of fitness is welcome. I started this group to find women like myself who enjoy working out but find it difficult to motivate them self to get up and exercise.
I look forward to having a group of women excited to check out different trails around the Metro Atlanta Area!
This is for my ladies that can only do weekends but find it hard to get up! Remember to stay hyrdrated ladies! This trail is a nice site seeing trail. Offers plenty of places to stop and rest if necessary. We will have two groups, one of which will complete 2.5 miles and the other that completes 4 miles!

“We Walk. We Run. We Have Fun.” - Natalie
Ladies, we previously discussed festive things to do in Georgia as we were walking and I believe that this pumpkin field is a great place for us to enjoy ourselves. Please feel free to invite any guests to attend.
Cost: Corn maze, $15; haunted forest, $15; combo ticket, $25; ages 3 and younger, free. All tickets include kid’s area and unlimited hayrides.
Riverside Park is located on the beautiful Chatahoochee River and connects to both Don White Memorial Park as well as Azalea Park. Our goal for this walk is to begin at Riverside Park and walk the trail that leads through Azalea Park and end at the Nature Preserve. This is a flat trail that leads to a newly built boardwalk through the flood plain. The combined distance down and back is 5 miles.
There is plenty of free parking.
