Feeling tired, disconnected, or out of balance?

Flow60 is a movement practice designed to help you reset your nervous system, clear your emotions, and strengthen your body.

Created by Mike Chang, it has 4 parts:

  • Tap Massage
  • Strength Training
  • Stretching
  • Breathwork & Meditation

These fun and dynamic practices focus on releasing tension, quieting the mind, and cultivating gentleness.

I recommend bringing a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.

The sessions are offered on a donation basis. You are welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you:
