We practice yoga every weekend. It is a great way to start the weekend with energy and mindfulness and get to know like - minded people. maybe you are an experienced yogi or if you simply want to try out something new and treat your body. The classes are for any level!

Bring a mat or a towel and some water
The class will be held in English.
