Gentle Improv Classes for ALL

Regular drop in classes for people who feel socially anxious and shy.
The sessions are made up of warm-up games and scene-work where we dive into playing characters, connecting with our creativity and foremost connecting with each other.
Improv is about saying yes to each other, suspend your inner critic and promote spontaneity. We make scenes and characters up on the spot, play games and tune into each others' creative minds.
In the spirit of connecting with each other, everyone is welcome. You do not need any acting skills or previous improv experience. We play, like we did when we were kids, without judging ourselves or others.
Please do note that even though Improv can improve your mental health and boost your confidence, the sessions are not a replacement for therapy held by professional therapists.
