Join us for this dynamic and strengthening Yoga class that is designed to improve your flexibility whilst toning the muscles. The class is based on a Vinyasa yoga using a sequence of traditional yoga postures which are linked with the breath through a fluid movement. We will finish the class with calming restorative poses allowing you to spend your Wednesday afternoon feeling restored for the week ahead.
Classes are for all yoga lovers, no experience needed.
