A deeply relaxing, grounding, and restorative online class to unwind, stretch, and nourish your body and mind from the comfort of home.
Perfect for calming the nervous system and releasing built-up tension from the day.

🌙 What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, joints, fascia, bones, and ligaments.
It also stimulates acupressure points based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to restore balance and energetic flow.
We typically hold poses for 2 to 5 minutes, gently working into the deeper layers of the body and creating space for emotional and physical release.
The more we hydrate and release the fascia, the lighter and more spacious we feel as we age. This is a beautiful practice to support graceful aging, stillness, and self-awareness.

Find your edge – Go gently to your limit, not beyond.
Be still – Relax and allow your body to receive.
Hold the pose – Stay for time to invite deep release.
