Join me for a calm and focused start to your day: a guided morning designed to reduce anxiety and boost productivity through simple, evidence-based practices, with a refreshing 2 km run to wake up your body and mind.

  • 1 km run each way (total 2 km) to energize your body and mind before we start
  • Talk on anxiety and daily habits
  • Guided breathing and grounding exercises
  • Setting intentions and mindful goals for the day/week
  • Practical tips for managing stress throughout your day

💪 What to bring:

  • A yoga mat or towel
  • Comfortable clothes for the run
  • Positive vibes

📍 Where: We will meet at the Escultura de Neptuno in the Jardí del Túria (Tramo XII), Valencia
