One rule: you can't ask what someone does for work.
No job titles. No company names. No "frontend or backend?"
Instead — questions that actually matter.
What inspires you right now? What would you build if nobody was watching? When did you last feel alive — not productive, alive?

How it works.
You show up. You join a group of 3. You pull a card with a question on it. You answer honestly. Or you just listen. Then you rotate to a new group, a new card.
Midway through, everyone does one exercise: describe yourself in 3 words — none of them a job title, role, or skill.
After that, the room changes. Conversations go places they don't normally go. People connect — for real, not for LinkedIn.
