Postnatal Yoga - BYO baby - Free!
November Theme- Warm-up you mind and body! The recent cold weather has been a refreshing if not shocking change. With cold weather, we spend more time indoors, so those walks with baby are fewer and shorter. You may want to try some yoga with baby or on your own while baby sleeps as a great way to warm up your body and calm your nerves at home. We’ll focus on warming poses and breathwork that can energize you quickly. As always, fun songs and poses you can do with baby. At this time of the year, we are reminded of all that we are grateful for. Gratitude is indeed an attitude that can be cultivated. It can be a challenge at times, when you are exhausted and drained from caring for you new person. It can also transform your relationship with that little person. An ideal time to contemplate gratitude - when feeding the little one. Take that time to be completely present and aware of all that there is to be grateful for. Come for the community, stay for the yoga! Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
