De qué se trata
Grupetto-USA is a bicycling group dedicated to fun and safe road cycling. There are no dues, officers or by-laws. We are an eclectic group represented by many nationalities, men and women, young and tenured with ages from 16-71. Fun, Friendship and Philanthropy.
We ride in groups based on speeds ranging from 15 mph to 24 mph. Please see the "About" page entitled "Speed Group Definitions" to determine which group would suit you best.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation in any Grupetto-USA event implies that you have read, understand, and agree with the group’s policies. You’ll find that information in the “About” section. Please read those pages in their entirety. Whether you are a new member, or have been with us from the beginning, you need to take a moment and read that information.
By taking part in any Grupetto-USA event, you acknowledge that you realize bicycling has inherent dangers and that you assume responsibility for yourself by participating. This means you recognize and accept responsibility for your actions and understand the potential for injury and even death. We expect new riders to choose a category ride appropriate for their skills.
Per the Electronic Records and Signatures in Commerce Act, if you join this group, you agree to ALL the terms listed.

Guest Policy
Rules concerning guest privileges on Grupetto rides.
These guidelines have been created to help ensure the safety of all who ride with us. As cyclist we understand the danger associated with our sport. We count on each other to be aware of our actions and how they affect others. Every time we roll our fate is being placed in our fellow riders hands. When riding with a new person there is even more faith required. All members should familiarize themselves with these rules and respect them. We count on each other!
As members of Grupetto we are welcome to bring a guest on our rides. Certain criteria shall be observed.
1. Member responsibilities: [ heretofore designated as sponsor] shall:
a. Familiarize your guest with Grupetto rules and procedures including the requirement to stay at the back for the first ride with us or until the ride host says otherwise.
b. Make sure the guest understands the ride host has authority over the ride.
c. RSVP with notification of a guest.
d. Bring your guest to the ride early enough to introduce the them to the host and allow time for a brief conversation.
e. Participate in the conversation as needed.
f. Ride with your guest long enough to be confident in their ability and willingness to adhere to Grupetto guidelines.
g. Be willing to ride with them the entire way or accompany them back early if the ride host request it.
Remember as the "guest sponsor" , YOU are responsible for that guest!
