Welcome to the Seymour Meditation Group. Jyoti Meditation is a practice of Meditation on the Inner Light taught by Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj and promoted by Science of Spirituality. It is a simple meditation technique used to help participants invert their attention and connect with their Inner Source. Meditation has many practical benefits: Helping to reduce stress related illness, improving our concentration, and Awakening us to our true spiritual nature.
