De qué se trata

Do you like to walk? Do you enjoy exploring St. Louis neighborhoods? Would you rather walk in a safe group with some pleasant companions than by yourself? Walking is one of the best forms of exercise, and we have a city full of great neighborhoods to explore. Join us!
Our walks will average about 3 to 4 miles at a moderate pace, and we will sometimes stop to look at interesting architecture, gardens, sculpture, or other attractions. We will average about 20 minutes per mile, a pace that doesn't require peak fitness, but also gives you some aerobic exercise along with the fresh air and camaraderie. Sorry, but strollers or dogs are not allowed because we often go up and down stairs, into buildings, and because of the trip hazard with leashes.
We make an effort not to be cliquish, and you won't be anonymous in our group. We welcome everyone, especially those of you who are new to St. Louis or who have just moved back. Women who don't want to walk alone and want the safety of a group can find friends in our group. (We have zero tolerance for harassment and drama.) You may have heard that St. Louis is a city of neighborhoods, and we have a lot more neighborhoods to explore. Hope to see you soon!
