Secular and not tied to a single tradition or technique, we welcome anyone interested in training the mind through meditation, from the complete beginner to the multi-decade practitioner.
• Bi-weekly(ish) meetups: Currently held at the Estes Valley Public Library, these meetups are a chance to share meditation tips, techniques, and inspiration; meditate together; and share our questions, knowledge, and experience with each other.
• Field trips: We’re blessed to be surrounded by natural beauty and close to a wide range of meditation communities. Events, mindful hikes, day-long and multi-day wilderness retreats—the possibilities are limited only by the imagination and energy of the group.
Respecting Each Other Meditation reaches into the deepest aspects of body, speech, and mind. Choosing to share these parts of our lives with each other is a gift, one that we honor by respecting the privacy and perspective of each member.
