Savour the artistry of refined Cantonese dishes thoughtfully paired with:Nocturne Noir – An award-winning Arabica coffee spirit, distilled five times from barley, wheat, and rye, then aged with handpicked Colombian beans. With no added sugar, colouring, or additives, it offers a smooth, naturally aromatic profile with hints of toffee, amaretto, hazelnut, and almonds, with a velvety, slightly creamy finish — a perfect match for Cantonese cuisine.
Sing Sing Whisky – Four elegant expressions of this Singapore-born whisky, matured in Taiwan’s subtropical oak casks. Expect floral undertones, mellow spice, and a silky smooth profile that complements each specially curated course.
