Vinyasa Yoga taught in English in the center of Winterthur

By linking movement with breath Vinyasa Yoga creates a flow of heat, energy and strength in the entire body. It is a practice that stimulates the circulation.

Each class contain sequences of standing, seated and reclined poses as well as pranayama (breathing) and deep relaxation.We will make variations to fit all levels.

Vinyasa is the main focus of the class - but sometimes we will do Yin Yoga which is a more restorative yoga practice
