Though now in a less hands-on role, he is no less passionate about providing powerful experiences for DMI’s clients and their customers.
Caleb will kick off the event with an Introduction to DMI and UX Consulting
Developing a strong, intuitive user experience takes time. Time to work through the design process, time to execute and digest user interviews, time to iterate, fail, and innovate. So, what does this look like for a UX consultant who’s on a project that will only last a month?

Breakout Session: Grant and Maggie will co-present Designing Creative Solutions Across Diverse Industries
As UX consultants, it is vital that we are flexible, quick to adapt in new industries, and able to deliver despite changing client goals and processes. In this talk, we discuss scenarios and strategies across multiple industries and problem spaces where the consultant works to set up a project for success.
Scout has a passion for service design and identity branding. She graduated from Herron School of Art + Design with a BFA in Visual Communications Design.

We will wrap up the event with Max covering Data Analysis: Problem Solved
As members of the User Experience community, we have all witnessed and experienced annoyances of one flavor or another. We want to hear what your biggest UX frustration is and will share how our team has faced and solved some of these issues.
