Welcome to Tai Chi with Elaine Waters. Here you will find the secrets of Tai Chi explained through the dynamics of Tai Chi Body Mechanics. The Body Mechanics of Tai Chi provide the link between the esoteric Tai Chi principles and modern physical fitness, resulting in movements which use minimum effort to achieve maximum results.

About Elaine Waters

Master Elaine Waters has been training and teaching tai chi and chi kung for over 40 years. Master Waters joined the US Tai Chi team and traveled to Taiwan for International Competition where she took first place in Tai Chi Push Hands in 1990. Elaine became a Tai Chi Judge and Push Hands Referee at Tai Chi Tournaments in 1992. She has taught tai chi since 1976 and currently offers classes in Leadville, CO.

Fee: $ 60 for 7 consecutive weeks, $35 for 4 consecutive weeks or $10 drop in
