Our next IxDA meetup is happening Thursday 28th February.

First speaker confirmed, we're excited to be joined by Rhys Nealon, one of Scotland's few key design leaders that many should be aware of, if not then this is the time to hear from the man himself.
Rhys is an Edinburgh-based Design leader. He has led multidisciplinary Design teams for a number of clients including STV and currently helps Danish Design studio Designit run their satellite Edinburgh team. He is also studying the UK's first Design MBA at Central Saint Martins.
Rhys will be holding his talk on 'Design in Business: Helping Design grow within businesses and helping businesses grow through Design'.

Our second speaker is Marty Dunlop, director of a local design consultancy who leads a team toward delivering user experience, culture and design strategy for clients big and small. Marty will be talking about 'UX toolkits' and how they can be used effectively to help support a strong culture of innovation, across the development, management and design teams. Examples of toolkits and the content/structure to consider.

We will also be presenting the results of the 'State of Scotland's UX report' so if you haven't yet reviewed the report, you can get a guided showcase of it on Thursday. We can open it up to questions and further insights too! https://tinyurl.com/y6z3uxlj

The venue is Wood Mackenzie on Semple Street, between Morrison Street and Fountainbridge.

Come along for another great community get together, learn something new in the world of UX, Design and Tech.
Grab some food, beer and get to know other awesome people here with the same passion! Whether that’s user centred design, accessibility, design leadership, information architecture, usability testing.... so many things and the topics always change per meetup.
