Take control of logging with Log4php

Logging frameworks give us the power to peer inside our apps and see what's going on as they execute. They allow us to diagnose problems in production without redeploying and give us increased visibility for debugging during development. During this meetup, Brad Urani - Chief Software Architect at Pushup Social - will introduce Apache Log4php, an open source logging framework. We'll go over PHP's default logging behavior, integrate and configure Log4php, then hook it into PHP's exception handling mechanism. Finally, we'll build a custom log appender to showcase Log4php's robust extensibility.
