This group was born out of the challenge of finding more women in the filmmaking community. Whether you're a director, cinematographer, writer, producer, editor, or just exploring different aspects of filmmaking, it can feel lonely working solo or finding gigs. The aim here is to connect, collaborate, and offer support. Whether you're new to filmmaking or have been in the industry for a while, this space is for meeting like-minded women, sharing ideas, and building creative friendships.
Not sure yet if this will turn into a long-term Meet-Up Event or just a few casual meetups to build a solid network and see where things go. But for now, let’s get together, grab some coffee, and just chat. No pressure, no expectations, just a friendly space to talk about film, ideas, and maybe plan a few things together.
