**TRIAL OFFER: Studio Class (2 sessions for $19)

The TRX Suspension Trainer system is simple, yet an extremely effective workout instrument, by allowing clients to leverage gravity and their own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This multi-level class incorporates, strength, cardio, agility and power programming elements. Workouts may also incorporate kettlebells (steelbells), resistance bands, body bars, free weights, jump ropes, ab pads and stability balls.

Reformation Fitness is conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District at the corner of 9th and N Streets, NW. We're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown. By Metro
Our studio is located just a quick, five minute walk from the Mt. Vernon Square / Convention Center Station (Yellow/Green Lines).

By Car
Ample street parking can be found on the blocks surrounding Reformation Fitness. In addition, metered parking is almost always available directly outside the studio on 9th Street.
