In this interactive workshop, we’ll take a step back and explore your work through the lens of Impact Measurement & Management (IMM) in a simple, practical, and approachable way.

Together, we’ll reflect on:

• Who you really serve
• What problem you are addressing
• What changes because of your work
• And how you can begin making this impact more visible, tangible, and measurable

✨ By the end of the session, you’ll leave with:

• A clearer understanding of the impact you create
• First ideas of what you could measure — and how
• A practical introduction to why measuring impact matters

You don’t need any previous experience with impact measurement — just curiosity and openness 💜

Karoline Rodriguez is an impact management specialist based in Barcelona and working at Roots of Impact. She works with impact enterprises, investors, and ecosystem partners on impact measurement and management, and financing solutions designed to create impact by design.

Her focus is making impact measurement and management more practical and accessible for organizations that want to embed impact into their strategy, operations, and financing.
