Bryan Miller

Bryan Miller and his wife Karen began building their real estate portfolio in 2004 with one single‐family rental.
estate market heated up and prices soared, they stayed on the sideline and avoided buying overpriced real estate that didn’t make financial sense.

After 2008, when the real estate market crashed, Bryan recognized the unprecedented values that were available in the greater Phoenix market, after investigating a Craigslist ad for a $48,000 condo that he thought was a scam. From 2009 to 2012, the Millers began buying single family rentals as quickly as possible. They purchased shorts sales and directly from the MLS.

As single family house prices started to rise, they transitioned into passive investing via syndication deals. The Millers have invested in numerous syndication deals that control 21,987 rental units, which include self‐storage units, mobile home pads, retail strip malls, trust deeds and multi‐family apartments.

They have lipped 20+ homes in Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Chicago and Jacksonville, FL.

Bryan is currently partnering with developer VERONO and building 37 single family homes and 52 apartment units in Los Angeles.
Bryan helps friends and family to place capital with experienced syndicators who have a proven track record.
