Fibromyalgia Recovery Workshop for Patients/Practitioners
Saturday, November 17th from 1-3:30PM
This workshop is for sufferers of Fibromyalgia who feel stuck in their recovery or healthcare providers that work with the Fibromyalgia Community. Discussion of the very best treatments, tools, and techniques that can actually improve your symptoms and bring you to a new level of pain reduction and health.
Topics will include but not be limited to: integrative approaches, essential testing, viral loads, how to take charge of your illness, pathogens, low level infection, exercises and stretching that help not harm, increasing neurotranmitter production without medication, best meds with least side effects, Fibromyalgia food planning, the critical need for supplementation, gently detoxifiying the Fibromyalgia body, mind/body techniques, and health.
This is a unique class you don't want to miss. 150 minutes with two scheduled breaks. (This class is limited to 12 participants, is fibro friendly so you may feel free to walk or stretch at anytime during the class). $40 with essential handouts.

Betsy is a Certified Bonnie Prudden Myotherapist/Exercise Therapist, Certified Therapeutic Lifestyle Consultant, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist and Fibromyalgia Educator. Betsy has attended many CEU Fibromyalgia related workshops and has certificates of achievement in the diagnosis and treatment of Fibromyalgia and related diseases from the National Fibromlyalgia Association through the University of San Diego Medical School and the Foundation for Care Management. Her nutritional training certification comes from Metagenics Corporation and other certificates of completion were awarded from Omega Institute and Designs for Health. She continues her Fibromyalgia and pain relief education as well as her nutritional continuing education on an ongoing basis.
