Ok with me. But if I don't work I would not be able ti buy or pay sales tax. Point is we have the industry here because of the way it is now, if we cut it goes. We need to learn the lessons from the loss the other states suffered, TN, nm,  NC, CAN, etc. I like the sales tax and it in moderation. I designed my own in political science based on Jimmie Davis and it worked! Everything and Everyone was working and Everyone was happy. No need to fix something that works. My motor is old but it works and long lived! Have Gov. Jindal lay off of it.

Does this mean that we now pay sales tax on everything- even vendors online that do not reside in Louisiana as I read it? It's a little more fair than it used to be because now even those that don't claim income will pay taxes. Of course, for many , that still is paying for those EBT cards.
