OK, so just a few weeks ago, word was this film tax incentive bill was dead, but instead GOP Gov. Martinez signed the New Mexico "Breaking Bad Bill" legislation, increasing the NM incentive to 30%. Jindal and your GOP buddies, stop f******* this up please, thanks.
