Wine Tasting @ Crown Wine and Spirits - Plantation

Join us for another great event this month at Crown Wine and Spirits.     Every month, select locations will host a 2 hour wine tasting event. The cost of the wine tasting is $15.  This includes a wine glass that you can keep, which gives you unlimited tastings of the various wines and other spirits.

Wines and select items can be purchased at a discount as well.

Visit https://www.crownwineandspirits.com/wine-tasting-list/ for more information and the wine list.

It is advised to sample responsibly.

You will have plenty of time afterwards to head to Off Da Hoohak.

This sounds like fun and a great way to familiarize myself with different wines.

First rodeo here. Filled with a little nervousness and excitement. Any suggestions for first timers?

These get very crowded and people tend to bunch up in front of the tables and drink, blocking everyone else from getting to the table. Get your glass of wine and step back and drink it, when you want another then step up. You should drink whites then reds, lightest to full bodied. And don't rinse your glass out with water between wines, it will water down the next glass and ruin it. A little wine on the sides will not effect the next glass. If you were in a very critical tasting you would rinse your glass with the second wine, dump it, then try the second wine; that's not necessary at this level of tasting. Eat before and eat while you are there, it's easy to overdo it.

And please drink responsibly or have a designated driver. There are places within walking distance to grab a cup of coffee and /or food if need be.
