Senior Tech Support Analyst


THE DEALBREAKER is BIZTALK and of course prior financial app support. This is NOT a developer position however, since this is support in a production environment some coding (light) will be required



Description of the Position:

?  The primary responsibilities include all levels of support of the systems and implementation of third party solutions for U.S. financial / brokerage processing – i.e. execution, allocation, settlement.


The position will be based in the New York City office.

Duties / Responsibilities:

?  Support various product line systems

?  After hours on-call support (24 x 7) as required

?  Test and document programs/applications, including the development of test data.

?  Test all new releases of systems

?  Perform system administration and maintenance on systems.

?  Code solutions as required

?  Unit test code.

?  Miscellaneous duties/projects as required

?  Developing specific tools or adapting tools developed by TPU

?  Work closely with other TPU groups (developers, infrastructure and PMO staffs) in the transition of newly developed Business As Usual processes

?  Work with Credit Agricole Internal contacts and coordinate IT related actions.

?  Interact with the Back-Office, Middle-Office, Front-Office in New York and Metro Park NJ and other teams within Credit Agricole Capital Markets (Risk Management…)

?  Interact with SetClear and CLSA counterparts located in Singapore and India

?  Work closely with SetClear client base to assure issues are being address in a timely and effective manner.?



?  Experience in back-office IT Support - 5 years +

?  Experience in BizTalk Production Support

?  Experience in the following a plus: Geneva and Omega/Alert

?  Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner with little supervision

?  Proficient in Database queries (Microsoft T-SQL)

?  Detail-oriented possessing multi-tasking skills.

?  General IT Architecture: Windows, Unix, Citrix, FTP protocol.

?  ?Programming: Java, Unix batch files, Visual Basic, Visual Basic Script, ASP, .Net,????

?????? Access Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

?  Excel, Word, PowerPoint

?  Strong logical and analytical skills.
