Join us on Monday evening for a fun and energizing outdoor workout at Independence Monument! Whether you’re just getting started or already active, this session is for all fitness levels.

What to Expect:
β€’ πŸ§Žβ€β™‚οΈ 15–20 mins of warm-ups to get your body moving
β€’ πŸ’ͺ ~40 minutes of bodyweight workouts focused on strength, endurance, and mobility β€” including upper body (pushups), lower body (squats), and abs
β€’ 🧘 ~10 minutes of cool-down stretches to leave you feeling refreshed
β€’ β˜• Breaks in between to hydrate, catch your breath, and meet new people!

Bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and come ready to move! The vibe is casual, supportive, and fun. Let’s get fit and enjoy the evening together. πŸ’₯
