Our workouts are about bringing people together and are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using nothing but your own bodyweight strength and conditioning philosophy, which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Think push-ups, squats, jumping lunges, burpees... but more creative and interactive!

Hey FitFammers! Let's get a nice sweaty session in with great tunes and spectacular views of the city skyline! Our meeting point is at the entrance of the park (take Exit A at Admiralty station) before 7:00 PM and then we'll jog to our workout spot by the water. Please arrive a few minutes early - skipping the warm-up puts you at greater risks for injuries. Bring your friends, your roommate(s), your boss, your coworkers, your parents... 10 mins of warm-up, 40 mins of workouts and 10 mins of stretching with tons of high-fives. Please arrive a few minutes early as we will start our warm-up at 8:00 PM sharp. Skipping the warmup puts you at greater risks for injuries, so it's important to incorporate that into your session.
