SS Mandarin

Calling all Mandarin Mamas!  Let's get this workout going a little earlier to help beat the heat this summer.  Make sure to bring your yoga mat, weights (5 or 8lb), lots of water and your sweet kiddos.  It's guaranteed to be a workout you won't regret!

    Great workout at Mandarin this morning. The park is beautiful and shaded, the people are great and the instructor was amazing! I burned over 900 calories...can't beat that and got to visit my favorite grocery store Whole Foods!!
