Now that school is officially back in session, classes will start a little later so moms of preschoolers have time to work out after drop off! The hour long cardio and strength training will be the best way to start your day!
Remember to bring 3-10 lb weights, a mat or beachtowel, LOTS of water, sunscreen, and your sweet kiddos. If you need to borrow weights, just post here so the instructor can lend you some!
