Want to have fun and make friends while improving your health and wellbeing? Want to get fit but don’t want to do it alone? The Fitness & Friendship Club is best suited for people who love exercise and want to have a great time while doing it. These outings will include being in rural and urban settings, with the added bonus of therapeutic recreation. If you are currently looking to have fun getting in shape, or just keeping in shape, and want some group motivation and support to do it, then the F.F.C., is right for you. Activities will include all types of sports, hiking, biking, walking in beautiful surroundings, and chatting over dinner, picnics and campfires. Essentially, wherever our imaginations take us.
