What we're about

We are part of Toastmasters International, which has helped millions of men and women become more confident in front of an audience as speakers and become outstanding leaders.

Toastmasters allows participants to hone their speaking and leadership skills in a no-pressure atmosphere. There is no instructor in a Toastmasters meeting. Instead, members evaluate one another’s presentations. This feedback process is key for growth and development.

Guests can come and observe; participation is optional. If attending for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early for introductions and an explanation of how a typical Toastmasters meeting is conducted.

We meet every Monday from 6:15 to 7:30 PM at the Aurora Hills Recreation Center on 735 18th St S., Arlington, VA. The recreation center is adjacent to the Aurora Hills Library and is within a half-mile walk to either the Crystal City metro or the Pentagon City metro.
