Lake Lowell to start the season
Details
Lake Lowell is gorgeous and a great way to start the float season! We’ll paddle across the lake to a cute little beach and a decent outhouse. Then down the north coast line to where the pelicans nest. Then along the south shore and into the trees.
How to find us: We will launch from the South side of Lake Lowell. Coming from Nampa, take Highway 45 S through Nampa, turn West on Lake Shore Dr. (also called Marsing Road). Take Lake Shore to the parking lot across from, or close to, the address: 12087 Lake Shore Drive, Nampa. Set Google maps to that address and when you are close look for the parking lot (also called, "Refuge Access 1) on the lake side and you'll see us there. The entrance to the lake is on the far side of the lot.
