What's involved in the class?
A dynamic Hatha yoga work-out to music, linking yoga postures in sequences, in combination with traditional yogic relaxation and breathing exercises to ensure one hour of true body-mind connection, so your set to rock the week ahead. Also including some cardio exercise to burn extra calories and specific series to tone the core, bums, thighs, arms and back.

The music varies between slow and calming where we we hold the postures for anything between 10 seconds and 1 minute and slightly more upbeat for cardio and abdominal work.
RSVP, payment & refund policy
When signing up for the session, payment can be made via Paypal or paid upon arrival at class. A refund will be provided for cancellation up to 36hrs before the event. If attendees fail to cancel 36hrs before the event there will be no refund or they will required to pay the full sum at the next meetup session.
Out of respect for other group members, if you cannot make the class, please ensure to update your RSVP to 'not coming' by the very latest 36hrs the day before the event so that other people may take the slot and to avoid being charged for the no show.
In exceptional circumstances, the no show fee may be dropped. Please contact me in advance of the class.
The class is adapted for both beginners and intermediate level yogis. In each session we repeat a similar series of movements so you get a chance to master basic yoga postures, and as we go along I will suggest more complex variations for those that would like to try something more advanced.
What to wear
Any comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. No special shoes or trainers necessary.
What to bring
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle and towel if needed. There will be access to water on site if you need to refill your bottle.
There are spacious toilets on site that can be used to change clothes if you need to. There are no showers, however it's not a class where you will be very hot and sweaty afterwards.
