Stay In Shape Weekly Walk/Run - 5K Training - Now On Wednesday Too!

Whether you think you'd be dead at a half mile or you're an experienced ultra marathon runner, we'd like you to invite you to walk/run with us.

All speeds welcome! Everyone goes at their own pace. The group is very supportive and you can usually find someone walking or running your speed. 

Both the track start/finish line and parking lot are located behind (north of) Fire Station 24.

We meet at the start/finish which is DIRECTLY behind Fire Station 24

The whole track is 4.4 miles if you go all the way around. 

Going to the blimp base and turning back around is 3.2 miles which is about the same as a 5k. 


6:45 pm - Runners arrive.

7:00 pm - Run!!!

7:01 pm and after - We start running at 7 pm so if you're running a few minutes behind, don't let that stop you from running. At the end of the run we meet back up at the start/finish line.
