this run is for anyone who fits into one or more of the following categories:
* you've never run a mile before
* you think that you would be dead at a half mile
* when people say they ran 5 miles or more you think they're nuts
* its been a loooong time since you've run
* training for a 5k, half marathon or a marathon
all running speeds welcome. run as much or as little as you like - as slow or as fast you like - it's totally up to you. for anyone that wants it, support is provided and we can run as a group. but if you've got a goal don't let us slow you down. just come out for a run and have some fun.
