Details
The 6 April cleanup will been in conjunction with the TXDoT state wide “trash-off”! Come help us clean up our stretch of adopted highway!
We start in the middle of our prominent 2-mile stretch at Walgreens and carry our trash to the FOF signs as requested by the Texas Adopt a Highway program.
Reflective vests, gloves, and trash bags will be provided. Please bring water and wear comfortable shoes!
Children must be at least 7 years of age to participate, because this is a busy road.
We will meet for refreshments at a nearby cafe or restaurant afterward, for those who are interested.
