Have you ever performed music in front of an audience (not counting Karaoke or social jams)?

Yes, twice, I decided music was a personal thing and primarily play at home for friends

Do you play or are you learning a musical instrument? If so, which?

I primarily play 6 sting guitar, but I faultily play 5 string banjo.

Who's your #1 favorite folk or folk-rock performer? Or, who are some of your favorites?

I started with Pete Seeger, but did the Kingston Trio, Weavers, Gordon Lightfoot, Simon and Garfunkel, John Denver, Joan Baez

What are some of your favorite folk or folk-rock songs?

I have learned several hundred songs. They change with my life history, so my favorite songs change.

Tell us anything else about yourself you'd care to tell. Answering all these questions is optional, but we're interested.

I started playing guitar when I was in high school, did a folk trio based on the Kingston Trio for Senior Day. Grew up behing Bob Dylan at the University of Minnesota. Have played guitar and banjo since then.
