Vegetarian. Milk and eggs are okay. My favorite cuisines are Chinese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and Italian.
Oddly, a seafood restaurant in a ship moored off a pier in North Vancouver, BC. They made the best blanched veggies I've ever had. It included samphire. Lovely buttery cream sauce. Totally plain and exotic all at once.
Don't know one by name. Would love one that has gourmet vegan and veggie dishes, like Global Cuisine, if there's one around the area.
I love tea. I especially love pureh and food made with tea. I'm a Certified Tea Specialist (Specialty Tea Institute) and I organize the Los Angeles Tea and Long Beach Tea Meetup groups.
