What we're about

The group's purpose is to meet like-minded people of all abilities who are into food and fitness. We basically meet outside a cafe or a restaurant, then go for a run that lasts between 30-40 minutes with no minimum distance (i.e. it's not a race).

Each person can go at their own pace (walk/jog/run/sprint) and then we meet for a meal at the cafe or restaurant.
