Calisthenics Open Workout in Forest Hills!

Whether you're a beginner or advanced calisthenics master, come out for our opening Meetup event to work out together for the first time at Russell Sage Playground in Forest Hills, Queens!!!!
Planned Workout
5-10 minute warm up / stretches
10 rounds of the following:
5 Pull-ups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
All 3 exercises can be progressed, regressed and/or modified to fit your current fitness level.
I'll try and bring some extra equipment if I can, ie, a jump rope to replace air squats or resistance bands to replace pull-ups.
The weather should be ok but be prepared to protect against the sun. Bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen or whatever you may need as the workout will take place outdoors for the full duration.
My name is Alok (5' 5", Indian American) and I'll be there to greet you and walk you through the workout.
