parking instructions for library lots: washington lot, harrison lot, and garage under library. step 1, take picture of your license plate. step 2, if you have a library card go inside to the info desk with a picture of your license plate number. scan the qr code there and put in your information and license plate number for 3 free hours of parking. step 3. if you do not have a library card, use the qr code in the parking lot and enter your credit card and license plate number. it is $1 an hour and a max fee of $7 a day.
