What we're about

Join Other Entrepreneurs Who Eat Problems For Breakfast.

Come join entrepreneurs who eat problems for breakfast. At a Bootstrappers Breakfast® we have serious conversations about growing a business. This group offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills.

Buy your breakfast and join a dozen or more like-minded entrepreneurs as we grow together.

For founders of early stage businesses, it is a chance to compare notes on operational, development, and business issues. These breakfasts were designed for entrepreneurs to share ideas and leverage thoughts with other folks who are serious about growing their business. https://bootstrappersbreakfast.com/

• Compare Notes

• Learn from Others’ Mistakes

Gregg Lehman: Anatomy of Contracts

550 Bailey Ave #510

Contracts are ubiquitous. Whether in writing on paper, in a text message or undertaken with just a handshake, contracts create rights and obligations that can dictate the course of a relationship…good or bad. So, what is a contract? How is it formed? What should be included or excluded? Should I have an attorney review it? How should I enforce it? The goal of this presentation is to give the layperson the confidence to understand, review and enter into contracts, and the knowledge to know when to seek assistance.

Gregg Lehman is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Fort Worth based OneMain Solutions having previously held similar positions in start-up, small and large organizations as well as serving as a local and federal prosecutor. He joined the TCU Neeley School of Business in 2005 as an Adjunct Professor after stints at The University of Texas School of Law, Tulane University School of Law, Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He holds a B.A. in history and a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, a Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from the College of William and Mary, and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of London, Queen Mary College.
